Situated 3 miles south of Uttoxeter, and just 10 minutes off the A50. Access is via a long private woodland driveway off a country lane halfway between Uttoxeter and Abbots Bromley.

This is a tranquil site in open farmland next to a forest, best suited to quite couples or singles without children who want to relax reflect read or meditate.

B&B available in farmhouse.
DIY stable livery and grazing available on site for horses.

Uttoxeter just 10 minutes away has a 24/7 Tesco store with petrol station, a sports complex with swimming pool, and two golf clubs (18h par70 and 18h par71), the famous horse racing course, also a railway station connecting directly with Derby (for London and Sheffield) and Crewe (for the west coast main line).

Alton Towers is 25 minutes away (12 miles).

Chemical disposal for Elsan Organic only (to suit septic system).

Directions
Uttoxeter train station is very near the centre of town.
Take the Stafford road for 1 mile, take the Abbots Bromley road on the left for 2 miles, going through a cross roads and take the next left of Hobb Lane for 300 yards, and the first hard core drive on the right for 1/2 mile to the end (sorry it has some potholes).
