With Alton Towers so near - only just over 1 mile away from the main gate, we are the number one choice for visitors who are looking for a great family-friendly, camping and caravan park experience
that offers good value and good facilities in the best location near to Alton Towers. We are close to Dovedale, the Peak District, Ashbourne, Derbyshire, Leek, Staffordshire, Cheadle and Uttoxeter.

For families and 'mature-minded' couples only, we offer Camping, Caravanning and Motor Home facilities as well as our own modern 2007 'Rose Award' Graded Static Caravans.

Important note: We do not allow groups of 3 or more of the same sex to stay with us and operate an 'all-quiet' time of 11.00pm.

From the M6 motorway.
From the North:
Leave at junction 16 and follow all the signs for Alton Towers.
From the South:
Leave at junction 15 and follow all the signs for Alton Towers.

From the M1 motorway.
From the North:
Leave at junction 28 and follow all the signs for Alton Towers.
From the South:
Leave at junction 23a and follow all the signs for Alton Towers.
When you reach Alton Towers, with the main gate/customer entrance on your right hand side (Farley Road), follow the road (Beelow Lane) for a further three quarters of a mile until you reach the cross roads in Cotton. (It is described on your map as near Cotton or Nr Cotton, and the road in front of you running parallel is the B5417).
In front of you will be a pub called Ye Old Star Inn - turn right - onto Star Bank (on B5417) and the entrance to the caravan park is on your right hand side.
The caravan park entrance is large enough to accommodate the largest of vehicles, and all the roads are of a good, wide tarmac surface.
Please note that our gates are closed/locked at 11:00pm, and re-open at 7.45am prompt.
The last vehicle entry for for vehicles already booked in is 10.30pm
