The Blacksmiths Arms is a country pub situated in the village of Alvington between Lydney and Chepstow on the a48.

The pub Campsite is ideal for people that like the Gloucestershire countryside and country pubs.

We are only a few miles from the Forest of Dean and the Wye Valley with many local attractions nearby, including Chepstow Castle and Race Course.

The Forest of Dean Steam Railway and many other forest attractions, walks bike rides etc.

The pub itself dates from 1820 is very old world and is a great place to come back to for a meal or a drink after a hard days sightseeing.
