Just 500yds from the Welsh Border, our secluded and peaceful site offers peace and tranquility, with well maintained heated toilet and shower block and electrical hook up for ten pitches.

When you arrive, you will immediately appreciate the panoramic views - from the Brecon Beacons and Black Mountains to the West, the Cotswolds to the south and the Malvern Hills in the East.

Penlan is ideally situated for exploring mid Wales, the Marches and the Black and White Villages of Herefordshire.

In an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, nearby are:
The Offas Dyke Path, Hay on Wye and its world renowned bookshops, canoeing on the River Wye, The Brecon Beacons National Park and lots of good places to wine and dine.

The site is personally run by the owners.

The Allan Rodgers Guide (2003) quotes "A tiny site with a big view - a real hideaway....indeed it would be hard to find a more peaceful location."
