Pitches are grass, level standing with electric hook-up points. Small but modern toilet blocks with hot water and showers including disabled facilities, outside wash-up area and laundry room. There is a small shop in reception which is stocked with basic essentials, fishing tackle and a small selection of caravan accessories. Also available is fresh fishing bait. Directly opposite the site entrance is a garage with a good mini market.

Whether you are a keen fisherman or a beginner, providing you have your rod licence, you can fish along the riverbank at no extra charge. The river Wissey has a good variety of fish including Perch, Roach and Pike also seen along the riverbank are Kingfisher, Roe deer, Barn Owls and Otter.
You can also fish our lake, on a day ticket which is stocked with Carp, Tench and Bream.

In the nearby village of Stoke Ferry there is a public house, post office, take-aways and a small general store.
