We are a small Park of 45 Hard Standing and Fully Serviced pitches. We operate Exclusively for Adults and are open to caravans, motor homes and trailer tents.

Our park has won many awards and rated as 5 Star (exceptional) by the Tourist Board. We have been voted one of Practical Caravans Top 100 Parks for 2000/01/02/04/05/06/07/08. Practical Caravan & Practical Motorhome Top 100 Overall Winner 2009, 2012, & 2013!

The winner of a David Bellamy 'Gold' award for conservation and are delighted to be one of the hand picked and personally inspected parks listed in the Alan Rogers Guide.

We have won the 'Loo of the year' award and are also members of the prestigious Best of British Touring Parks. In 2001/02 Calor Gas named us as a Finalist in Best Park in England.

To ensure the peace is maintained on the park visitors are asked to park their cars in the car park, rather than on their pitch.

We are open all year, booking is always essential.


Local Attractions

The park is sited at the base of the Mendip hills and is an ideal base for exploring, Bath, Bristol, Wells and the surrounding countryside.

Visitors can walk to the lakeside country park in just 800 yards, or enjoy the local footpaths.


Activities

The park is just a couple of hundred yards from the village centre, which contains 2 pubs and a small supermarket.

There is a regular bus route to Bristol, which like Bath also has good park & ride facilities.

Visitors may prefer to simply stay on the park enjoying the tranquillity or reading a book from the site's extensive library.

Directions
From North of England M5:
To junction 15 turn onto M4 (London)

From M4 East:
Exit at Bristol M32.

From Wales:
Follow M4 to M32 junction.
Move onto M32 but come straight off again at junction 1, turning left onto the A4174.
This is the new ring road around Bristol and is a dual carriageway.
Go through first set of lights and bear left at the island, stay on this road, signposted Bath / Keynsham and travel through a further 8 islands.
At the eighth island (A4) turn left signed Bath continue on this dual carriageway for 2 miles to the next island, taking third exit sign posted Keynsham.
In three quarters of a mile passing an Esso station on your left and the Talbot Pub on your right, to a small island turn left on the B3116 (signposted A39) continue on this road to its end.
At the T junction turn right, follow this road for 1 mile and at Shell Garage the A39 bears left but you continue straight onto the A368.
In about another 3 mile or so, you will come to the A37 Chelwood roundabout, go straight across and in a further 3 miles you arrive in Bishop Sutton.
Enter village: ignore sign to lake and take next turn right, Ham Lane (opposite the Red Lion Pub) and the site will be found 800 yards on your left.

From The Southwest:
Follow the M5 to junction 22 and exit onto the A38 Bristol.
Continue on the A38 to traffic lights at Churchill, turn right onto the A368 (Bath).
Follow the A368, passing through the villages of Blagdon, Ubley & West Harptree & enter Bishop Sutton,
Turn left after newsagent into Ham Lane, (opposite the Red Lion pub).
Continue down Ham Lane for 800 yards (ignore the lane on your left) and the site entrance is then on your left.

Prices for 1 van, 2 adults & up to 2 pets from £22-30 depending on the time of year. Discounts for Caravan Club, Camping & Caravanning Club & Best of British Members.
