Welcome to Parkland, the newly appointed AA five pennant premier site in the heart of South Devon, with panoramic views over Salcombe and the rolling countryside towards Dartmoor.
Parkland is licensed to be open all year and is set on level grounds, surrounded by natural Devon hedgerows abundant with wildlife and fauna.
Parkland offers you all the amenities you require for your comfort on a modern family holiday. New for 2013 are individual washrooms with WC, basin, wet room shower and under floor heating. There are also large family washrooms and a disabled wet room complete with walk-in bath. The site also offers a metered laundry facility and a modern dishwashing room. WiFi is available on site.
There is an outdoor play area for the children with large climbing frame, swing and along with a small indoor games room.
Also new for 2013 is the onsite shop offering you a wide selection of local fresh produce, daily provisions and essentials.
Parkland is ideally located for nearby beaches and water sports and the site also offers Seasonal pitches with mains drainage and storage available, access and pitches are also suitable for RV motorhomes.
A bus stop is 200 yards from the site, which will give you access to Kingsbridge, Dartmouth, Totnes, Plymouth or Exeter.
Please note we do not allow dogs on site.
Rallies and Groups are welcome by prior arrangement.
SEASONAL PITCHES - turn your touring caravan into your home away from home. Your seasonal pitch is a super pitch, which has a hard base for you to park your caravan and awning, and each pitch comes fully serviced with mains electric, water and drainage. So all you have to do is park it and forget about everything else, unless the gas runs out!

Directions
Parkland is Tourist signed from A381, which is the best approach from the Devon Expressway (A38).
From Totness take the A381 for Kingsbridge, follow the main road for twelve miles, until you arrive at Stumpy Post Cross, at this roundabout follow the signs to the right (Parkland sign) for another mile where you come to Sorley Green Cross, go straight across at the junction and Parkland is 100 yards on the left hand side.
Parkland is located one mile north of Kingsbridge on the A381. The site has a large purpose built entrance for easy access.
Please be careful with the directions on your sat-nav systems, particularly if you are towing!
