Goudhurst
Campsite's own web site

Located on the edge of the pretty Kent village of Goudhurst, this is the place to stay if you want a beautiful and spacious campsite.

The site is also well placed for a number of the top attractions in Kent including Bedgebury Forest for mountain biking, Go Ape and innovative kids' play areas, and Bewl Water for the aqua park and water sports.

Bedgebury Camping is set on a working farm and so offers an informal and rustic take on weekend-only camping.

The natural charm and acres of space makes it an ideal setting for family gatherings, larger group meet ups, couples and adult only group camping. Pets are permitted too.

Campfires are allowed at pitches and one fire pit per group is provided. Amplified music or music from electrical devices is not permitted at camping pitches. The site is only suitable for tents and campervans (no caravans, motorhomes or tourers).

The facilities are free to use and include basic shower cubicles, eco loos within the fields, flushable WCs (male & female), baby changing room, mains standpipes for drinking water, washing up areas and a communal fridge and freezer room.

At the small onsite shop, there is an array of items from the basics, to ice, prosecco and toothbrushes! Campfire goods are also sold - including logs, kindling, and hay bales to sit on for the ultimate rustic experience.

Catering outlets sell barista-style coffees, cold refreshments and snacks. On Saturday evenings, there are more substantial meals for sale, and on selected dates there are outdoor performances from local musicians.

The campsite operates as a pop-up enterprise offering weekend camping only over the summer months.

All camping pitches are on grass, with access to all pitches requiring off-road driving and walking.

The campsite is less than one hour's drive from the M25 and sits within the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
