No sub letting is permitted holiday homes can be used any day of the year although strictly not residential.
Newlands has a small private stocked fishing lake and ample walking and local facilities. Whilst we do not restrict use to adults only we are not suited for young families.
We are able to supply static caravan holiday homes to suit all budgets. We are unique in offering a complimentary stay in one of our holiday cottages (subject to availability) to sample the park before any decision on purchase. No pressure sales at Newlands

By car from J2 M180 follow A161 south 5 miles into Epworth. Turn left at traffic lights and continue through centre of town onto Rectory Street. At the end of Recory Street turn left onto Newlands Lane follow 1 mile to park.
