Henstent Park is a small, uncommercial, tranquil park, nestling in the Berwyn mountain range in the picturesque Tanat valley.

The park occupies a spectacular elevated position, commanding panoramic, mountain views. Wildlife is abundant.

There is fishing in the river Tanat, which forms one boundary of the park, as well as bird watching and, thanks to low light pollution, stargazing.

Locally, there are excellent walks in stunning, natural countryside from a gentle village trail to a more energetic hike.

The unhurried pace of life and friendly locals make Henstent the perfect choice for a peaceful and relaxing spot for your holiday.

Situated directly on the B4391, eighteen miles south-west of Oswestry, it is easily accessible from Birmingham, the Potteries, Manchester, Coventry and Liverpool.
